The Headstart project is the hat Factory's Arts incubation project. The project is managed by Integria Limited on our behalf and offers the following services for young emerging and existing Creative businesses.

Headstart Training Programme offers workshops and classes in on a wide range of subjects which are aimed to support Creative Businesses.

Business Support is available to all Creative businesses and this takes the form of one to one advice with a fully qualified business advisor.

Headstart Creative News: A printed publication which is published quarterly. This is sent out to all registered clients of the programme and is available as a PDF download on the projects website.

Headstart Business Centre: This comprises of 16 serviced open plan business units which are hireable on a daily or full time basis and 15 unfurnished office suites which are rented out to growing independent Arts and Media Businesses.

Headstart Print and Media Centre: We provide an in house subsidised printing and editing facility within the venue which all clients has access to.

Headstart E-News: This is a monthly emailed bulletin that is sent out to all clients, partners and attendees of our events.

Headjamz: Headjamz is a fortnighly music event which offers musicians free access to a professionally run event. This allows bands and soloist to test market new material and develop a following to grow into the music scene.

In addition to the above the project supports visual artists through gallery exhibitions via the venues large gallery space. Limited one to one support and special networking and training events are also available.
